I had a few errands to run and decided to make a stop. I placed my order but unfortunately my favorite pastry got messed up in the oven and it was the last one. Marquis who I ordered from apologized and offered me a replacement. He was very patient and explained to the best of his ability. I will be back again because things happen and Im grateful for workers like Marquis who have amazing customer service skills and know how to communicate when things go wrong. Staff is very friendly. However, multiple times my drinks have been taken by someone else and I have had to request my drink be remade (which usually comes out wrong) during rush hour. I feel this is unfair to the staff and me as a customer and think there should be a more effective system to prevent people from stealing drinks.
Update: Drink consistency has improved since writing this review, so I’ve bump the score up accordingly. I order a chai latte from here everyday as it’s the closest Starbucks to my job. The quality of the chai is different every time it’s made. Sometimes it’s so weak, it’s like I’m drinking just milk. I started ordering with an extra shot of chai and it generally hasn’t improved the situation. More recently, I’ve even been handed drinks that were 3/4ths full, and I get attitude from the staff w
