I live in the neighborhood and have been coming to this location for years. The staff are lovely but I want to highlight Justine as a cheerful bright spot...she always greets me by name, with a smile and has my drink ready with both a sleeve and straw because I've consistently asked for both in the past.
Had not been to a Starbucks in a while and decided to give it another try. Awful experience. The cashier had zero interest in taking my order and the barista took FOREVER to prepare my chai latte. Which tasted pretty awful to be honest. The shop was not even busy - 4 customers. I suggest you restructure the team there. This was on November 28 11:15 a.m.
I’m not going to deduct major stars because of one bad experience, but I will write about it. I’ve been coming here for years and have seen staff come and go. I come in every Thursday now and get greeted by name by a really sweet staff member. I forgot her name but I didn’t see her today. I don’t know if they’re switching up the staff cuz there’s new faces lately.
