Came in around 9:00pm, an hour before they were closing. I saw that they had cleaned the floors right before we walked in, and my mom accidentally dropped coffee all over the floor, we felt so bad! The staff were very nice about it and remade my mom’s drink. Whichever staff were working the night of April 17th definitely deserves a good shoutout from management for great customer service, they were so sweet about it.
A great Starbucks location Even with a lot of people, they still manage to turn over orders fairly quickly. They also have a sign board with your name to see how far your drink is along with other people, however it is kind of hard to decipher drinks came perfectly as expected and service talk by our orders was quick and efficient Great job overall!
I came here recently and it was crowded. I do not mind that at all. That Starbucks is also a great stop to stay warm for a little while. I ordered a holiday drink . They made it really delicious. The only thing I didn’t like was when my name was called & someone grabbed my coffee fast. The best tip I can give is to be alert in this Starbucks location . People will take your food/drink if you aren’t putting attention .
