The manager and staff are great! They are attentive and helpful. Recommend coming to this location; there is also a spacious lot (shared with TMobile ! :)
Why is this branch so unfriendly? I inevitably use this place once a week, but every time I feel bad. It's better on days with a male manager, but is it because there's no manager for most of the morning? They don't even call the guest's name, serve drinks, and have the guest go there themselves. After seeing the name sticker with my own eyes, I'll shut my mouth. They don't even say "Thank you" or "Have Nice Day" when I say "Thank you. First time coming here and it already left a bad impression. I ordered online, and even after my drinks were ready, they kept saying the order was still being made. I could clearly see everything sitting there. When I asked them to hold the drinks, the staff just kept talking to each other and completely ignored me. The only person who actually helped was an Asian male employee. Please do your job properly, especially in the morning.
