Talk about square FOOTAGE, this has to be one of the biggest Starbucks locations in Manhattan. Super spacious and very comfy, which allows plenty of seating options. Everything else is on par with the Starbucks quality.
Came here post spin class to refuel, since I had some Starbucks credit to use. I ordered the usual Iced Matcha Latte and a simple plain bagel w cream cheese for some post workout carbs. The bev was slightly sweetened bc that's how their matcha powder comes lol I also had the staff toast my bagel and I enjoyed my combo by a window seat. I had a decent experience here - staff was super friendly, even complimented my perfume lol - and they even wrote a cute note on my bev! :) Plenty of seating at
The barista was fully engaged in a “hilarious” conversation with his team members while taking my order. He wouldn’t pause to get the order right. I just stood there waiting and repeating myself. Didn’t even make eye contact while I spoke. The drink order was wrong. I felt disrespected. Probably won’t be back to this location again.
