The worst Starbucks store I have ever visited, on 3 different occasions they have given me the damaged protein, thick with lumps, it was the most disgusting sip when I went to take it with so much pleasure and to top it off when he tells the barista they treat you as if I were bothering him when the mistake was his. They must improve the service and train the baristas
I asked for nondairy cold foam and oat milk and this had absolutely have dairy. I’m lactose intolerant. After drinking 2 sips I was constantly using the bathroom due to barista not following my directions and specifically ask is there dairy in it he said no. But there was indeed dairy in it.
I am writing to provide feedback on my recent visit to the Harlem Starbucks at 125th and Lenox in Manhattan. While the drink was prepared correctly and the barista was friendly and helpful with a pleasant smile, the cashier exhibited poor customer service. She was unfriendly, refused to smile, and made me feel unwelcome, as if I was imposing on her. This behavior was inconsistent with my previous experiences at Starbucks. When I forgot to order a pastry after scanning my app, the cashier sucked
