Honestly I’m incredibly upset at this type of service especially for someone being in the city, the guy took my order , didn’t read it out loud and made it wrong , when I asked for a refund , it was incredibly difficult . The barista who took my order was Tyler. This is honestly dissapointing and for anyone taking a stroll in Central Park and wants to stop by this place, save yourself the long walk and walk to another place !
Worst part... they don't even have bathrooms for their customers! I thought sit-down restaurants are required to, but IDK. Anyway, the staff informed me that I should use some other store's bathrooms which I did, but that made me feel uncomfortable because that's just wrong. I was desperate though. There's a cute little place on the opposite corner across the street. I walked in and immediately regretted not coming here first. The place was bustling and the food/pastries looked and smelled
A branch closest to Central Park on 96th Street. The branch is cozy and has seating, and the place is relatively large and cozy. And Sauerbax coffee is always good.
