The attention was terrible. We ordered just like we have at every other Starbucks in New York: four iced café lattes. But when my father ordered, they looked at him like he was crazy, even though he said it clearly. The staff were rude the whole time, and the drinks were basically just milk with a tiny bit of coffee. As you can see in the pictures, they look more like milk than lattes. ⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a really disappointing experience at Starbucks. The treatment I received from the male manager and staff was completely unacceptable. From the moment I walked in, the attitude was dismissive and disrespectful. Instead of providing basic customer service, I felt like I was being treated differently and unfairly. Thought it was just me but I’m glad to see it wasn’t. What I mean by that is that the service was really bad today. Not sure if there is something in the air or what but I definitely didn’t feel welcomed. The coffee was fine but the customer service today was on a whole new level of ignorant. I wasn’t acknowledge and I legit had my drink basically thrown on the counter.
