The employee who assisted me yesterday (April 20) was extremely rude and aggressive. I approached her politely with a simple question about my drink because the app showed that it was ready, and I wanted to make sure I hadn’t missed it. Instead of responding professionally, she reacted in a very hostile and disrespectful manner, as if my simple question was a problem. I don’t understand why customers should be treated this way. If someone dislikes their job, that should not be taken out on cust
I go to this Starbucks all the time and I love how fast they are during the mornings. The morning is very full but they get your order done super fast. They baristas are all super sweet woman and not stingy with the portion sizes. One of my favorite locations. also a really nice studying place they have tables for you to place your items and sit at. the atmosphere is a very modern rich library style
Decent Starbucks. Coffee was okay. They definitely needed to blend the cold foam some more. Tried the chocolate pistachio loaf - sugary and doesn’t really taste like chocolate nor pistachio - just a regular loaf with smallest hint chocolate bits. I like the set up and glad I can work from there. They of course have WiFi and outlets under the bench. Great for remote workers. Staff always very busy and can take a bit to get order. Homeless like to come in and steal food that’s out on the counter -
