I stopped by the Starbucks at 7419 3rd Ave in Bay Ridge and it quickly became one of my favorite locations in Brooklyn. The spot itself is very well located — easy to get to and convenient whether you're grabbing a quick coffee on the go or settling in for a bit. The interior feels fresh and welcoming, with plenty of comfortable seating. What really stands out is the staff. This is my favorite Starbucks in both the Bay Ridge and Dyker Height neighborhoods because it has an extra sunroom with five tables. I often come here on weekends or weekday evenings to grab a coffee, look out the window, or do my homework. Besides the sunroom, there are also a few seats inside. The only downside is that this cafe hasn't provided restrooms since the pandemic.
This is hardly a cup of coffee, it's practically half a cup! I've always been a loyal customer and didn't want to give a bad review, but lately the quality of their coffee has been getting worse and worse. I think this shop really needs to train its staff! Their skill level is inconsistent, sometimes good, sometimes bad. Buying a cup of coffee is like gambling; if it's good, it's like winning the lottery; if it's bad, it's a complete waste of money.
