I came into this location asking politely for water cup just like any starbucks location they would give it from what i know and they denied it for my daughter. supposedly its been a policy for so long since when? I go to starbucks almost all time and never have i gotten denied a cup of water. Definitely would check the staff members here and hope their doing their job correctly.
The absolute worse staff. They can’t ever make a coffee right. They don’t do proper training because they always messes up my coffee order. In my opinion everyone should get fired. I typically order in the morning when the mall still closes as I work here and there’s no rush or line. Essentially there’s no excuse for the lazy behavior of the employees. I always order a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso and it always tastes horrible. Again, there’s no line or rush to excuse this since the mall
