Terrible service. One of the drinks in my delivery order (a Venti latte) arrived only 25% full. Customer service was unhelpful; they refused to send a replacement and would only issue a refund (which takes up to a week to process). They even claimed they couldn't find the store location I ordered from. My initial hesitation about ordering was justified. Never again.
As a Starbucks regular but not in this neighbourhood; barista Jose has extremely poor customer service skills & yells at customers. Tried it with me, when I simply asked why there was no caramel in my caramel ribbon crunch. Remarked in a snarky tone, take it to corporate rather than doing his job. It is, in fact, a Starbucks. More seating than some newer stores, and they keep things moving at a good clip. Mobile and in-person orders have always been filled with ease. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good vibes all around.
