From the moment I placed my order, the level of service was unacceptable. There was significant confusion with my order, despite me clearly stating it multiple times. I had to repeatedly ask about the status of my order, as it was either overlooked or not properly communicated to staff. This is maybe the slowest moving Starbucks I’ve been to for food. I don’t know if they were down a person, but the cashier was juggling taking orders and making food orders, and the ovens are in the back of the kitchen. Drinks were coming out relatively fast but my breakfast sandwich took 25min before it even went into an oven. If you can, I’d order ahead at this Starbucks.
They're not great at making drinks. I frequent here and get a brown sugar shaken espresso all the time. I thought Starbucks just started making the drinks bad w extra ice... turns out it's only this spot. Had one down near 50th st and it was miles better. The actual way the drink is supposed to be. Sucks that they let their quality dip here.
