Since April every time I’m ordering a hot drink, always half empty, so from now on Starbucks starts to charge for Air already? Wait time too long, the employee hold my drink and chatting when I’m standing in front of the counter for like 10 minutes, I’m ordering at this location every weeks, not even one day they’re without attitude, if there’s another location near the 86th street I would definitely not go to this location again.
Overall, the service is way too slow. They really could use some extra staffing. Furthermore my chai tea latte was not good. I wish they stuck with teavana tea instead of not having high-quality tea.
Waited 10 mins for one single drink. 3 baristas I understand that there’s a line and one has to take orders but there wasn’t a single person on line and I placed a mobile order. Too busy chatting with each other and clearly can’t multiple task.
