The location does not follow the guidelines of business. Online it states the business closes at 8. I arrived at 7:25 and the manager rudely told me they close at 8 on only Special Occasion Days. I drove 30mins to this location after attempting to call before arriving, but no answer to business line. Don’t waste your time. Staff is ghetto and obnoxiously rude to not only me other patrons that passed as well.
I waited 45 minutes in line to get all the to the front counter to find out they have no more frappa wasted my time . It isnt the employees fault but it can be announced that they have no frappa instrad of me wasting 45 minutes in line now i know yo never come back here
I told the cashier that I wanted my drink with oat milk and he didn’t add that to the order then he asked me what flavor I wanted my cold foam I said vanilla and it did not taste like it had vanilla or any sweetener. So thank you to this man I will be fighting for my life in the toilet later because I was forced to drink this after paying $10 for it.
