Great location, everyone was kind and wanting to make sure my needs were met. The store is clean and welcoming. The relaxing chairs are amazing to destress.
I bought a White Chocolate Mocha there today, and it was absolutely delicious. And to the young employee who accidentally splattered me with syrup—or whatever that was from the pump bottle—don't worry about it! 🫶 Sometimes things like that just happen. And better it happened to me than to some "Karen."
I was here for the Thanksgiving Day Parade, so it was packed and lines were long. This staff came together, they were respectful, constantly apologized for things outside of their control — they were pleasant, accommodating. They did the work today. Thank you!!
