I usually love the Mocha Cookie Crumble and drink it almost every day, but this location was really disappointing. The drink was about 70% whipped cream, and the barista didn’t even give me a straw. After the whipped cream, there was nothing but a bland taste. It honestly felt like she didn’t want to make it properly. This was the worst one I’ve ever had — so bad that I couldn’t even finish it. I didn’t bother complaining, I just threw it away.
Are these the new rules at Starbucks? Today I asked for a cup of regular water, and I was told that I had to buy something before they could give me tap water. That feels very cheap considering how much money I spend at Starbucks overall. When huge corporations become too big, they stop caring about their customers. Very disappointing!
Rude employees. I was yelled at for sitting down while waiting for my mobile order because an employee assumed I had not ordered anything. She never asked if I had already placed an order and spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional way. I was waiting to pick up an order I had already paid for, and the interaction left a very negative impression. Wont be coming back
