The coffee was good, but the bathroom conditions were unacceptable. There was feces on the toilet, which is extremely unsanitary. For a corporate coffee shop, this is not okay. Restrooms should be checked and cleaned regularly to maintain basic hygiene standards. This really needs attention.
All the employees are nice except Ted who is always making my order wrong then getting an attitude. I order extra cold foam and get slight cold foam when Ted is making the drink. I ask for extra caramel, with Ted I get slight caramel. No thank you to him making my drink. Tried to give them another chance. They are a hit and miss. Powder in matcha.
It's Starbucks so food you get is what is expected. The team in the morning at the 23rd and first Ave location though would make me give it 10 Stars if I could. Drea, and Allan are so amazing. The greetings in the morning are like a heartfelt shout out from your bestie, They make it a point to know your name. You feel like you are in a cute coffee bar versus a franchise chain. The location, the cleanliness, music, and atmosphere are all great pushed over the top by the early morning Team. I
