They need to hire better employees at this location. I waited 10 min for my bakery item. So I asked one guy to check on it and he said he would. I stand there for 5 min more and watch him stand around chatting. I wave him down and say where is it? He then proceeds to ask the one girl in which she says “oh yea we don’t have anymore, would you like a replacement or refund?” Like what the heck. I’ve only been standing here 15 min now and not one person let me know they ran out. So frustrating since
I stayed here so you don’t have to. Treat your inclinations to a latte made with love, not hyper processed sludge! Walk one extra block to a family owned cafe and raise those health stats. Always tip your baristas. You’re telling me it’s $7 for non-ceremonial grade matcha? What the heck is cold foam? Why do your drinks sounds like beer? What is a grande size? Why does your cheese taste like delicious salty rubber? Why do you insist on incinerating your taste buds? Wake up 😵💫😵💫
I don't mind pay 10 dollars for my coffee as long as is what i asked for. Being a 8+ yesrs bajista had tecah me a lot. Today i placed my orden PSL venti, extrs shot, oatmeal. Fiest prder was supposed to be ready at 6:52 and i ended getting out of there at 7;02 which ended up in a parking ticket. Apparently Someone else took my coffee which i know thats not concern to employees but fine. I finally asked for my order at 6:55 the barista check my receipt in my phone and not sure qhy she didnt mad
