Ever since the old manager Simond left, the morning experience at this Starbucks location has really gone downhill. Before the drinks came out fast, the team seemed organized, and the mornings flowed smoothly. Now the wait times are much longer, especially during busy morning hours, and the management doesn’t seem as coordinated. Hoping things improve because this used to be one of the better Starbucks locations around.
This location is oh so busy. And they handle it well I just wanted to quickly shout out Simon and his morning crew 4/2/26 the night before I had ordered something. I grabbed my drink and I left but I forgot to grab my other order. I told them what happened and Simon very graciously had it remade for me and sent me on my way. I visited the Starbucks at Moynihan Train Station and ordered an iced tea and a cookie. I received my tea quickly, but after waiting a while, I realized I never received my cookie. I went back to the cashier who had taken my order to ask about it. At that point, one barista was calling out the cookie order, and another employee informed me that a different worker had my cookie further down the counter.
