Great location inside my college! Friendly and welcoming employees!!! I always have a lovely experience here. To be clear, I always use mobile app orders and they're prepared quickly. I wouldn't order otherwise, as I have noticed very long wait times. But for me, it's always been pleasant. The woman (who wears a hairnet and has dark hair, I believe is the manager) is the kindest Starbucks barista l've ever met. i love this starbucks and even better, it’s inside my school !! the workers are honestly the sweetest people ever and i never had a bad experience in here. the lines may be a little long but you’ll be out in less than 10 minutes. it’s best to do online order.
No. Just, no. The hostility I have experienced on 2 separate occasions from shift leads (one a ridiculous argument whether or not they would serve me in a reusable thermos) here has ensured I will never return. It's too bad because the rest of the team is lovely and it's so convenient as part of the college!
