My favorite location. I’m there every Saturday. The staff provides the best customer service. My sister and I have been to other locations and were treated poorly. This location is out Saturday morning get away. I travel from Newark to get there. The atmosphere is perfect for me. It’s clean and spacious. Huge thank you to the Manager and staff.
I came to pick up my order, but even though it consisted of just a single drink, they paid no attention to me. All they said was, "We're very busy; there are 10 people ahead of you in line." There may be five employees working inside, but customers placing orders online are still your customers—and a person shouldn't be kept waiting 10 or 15 minutes just for one coffee.
I am very disappointed with this Starbucks location and the way I was treated. On December 2nd in the morning, around 9 AM, I was walking by when a sudden heavy rain started — a real downpour. It was impossible to keep walking. I had no umbrella, no jacket, nothing. The only place nearby where I could take shelter for a few minutes was Starbucks. I want to make something very clear: I am a regular customer at this location. I work nearby and come here often for coffee. I had no problem purchasi
