This Starbucks on 28th & 7th was very convenient and useful for me. The location is easy to stop by, especially when walking around Chelsea, Penn Station side, or before meeting someone. Coffee was usual Starbucks quality and staff was fast even it was busy. It can be little crowded, but that is normal for New York. I like that I can grab drink quickly and also take a small break from the city. ちょっと休憩に助かりました. Not luxury, of course, but very practical and reliable place when you need coffee, Wi-F
The staff here are truly amazing! My daughter only came once and had just a short conversation with them, but they still remembered her name the next time we visited. She was so surprised and happy! Everyone is so kind, warm, and patient. They even decorated her drink with cute drawings, which absolutely made her day. Great service, great drinks, and such lovely people. We’ll definitely keep coming back! 💚
