Today (January 12, 2026 around 11:30 AM), I had an amazing experience thanks to Paula. For a long time, I was having problems with my Delonghi ECP3630 espresso machine. Every time Starbucks ground my coffee, it was too fine and clogged my machine. Other times I was told the machine was the problem and that grind level “5” was correct but the issue never got solved, and I was even thinking about returning my machine. Paula actually listened. My first time at this location. I enjoyed a BEC breakfast sandwich 😋 and a decaffeinated hot pistachio latte. Unfortunately there was a biohazard and the bathroom was shut down, a big problem if you're drinking coffee. I engaged in nice conversation and will visit again.
