Ranks up there with one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Awful Staff awful service and not worth wasting your time or money. But hey, that’s what Starbucks is all about now so if you feel like it’s worth enduring go ahead.
I am a big fan of Starbucks - this is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to and I’ve been to Starbucks all over the city, US and world. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. Way too rude for a place selling $8 coffees. Unfortunately they closed the very friendly location at 66th and 3rd and kept this one open. This place needs a change of personnel. We’ve tried it several times and consistently awful. Now have to walk an extra block to the Starbucks at Lex and 63rd. Shouldn’t have
Order for a hot matcha latte, but ended up with matcha frappe😢. can’t tell them to switch as rush to go. Hopefully, they pay attention on the label next time.
