Truly one of the worst locations I have visited. I come almost everyday as I work in the area and the service here is atrocious. Female manager or lead is incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. I understand being busy but the way I watched my drink today sit in the back as they made other drinks was awful. My food was cold because it took 40 plus minutes from the time I placed my mobile order to finally get my drink. Instead of saying sorry or apologizing for the inconvenience I was met with an at
The staff at this location are so friendly and understanding towards customers and displayed excellent service! Everyone there this afternoon made my experience worthwhile and the staff (didn’t get their names) completed my order with care and a personal touch despite the busy atmosphere. One of the best locations to order from! Come here if you want your order done right!
I don’t typically leave reviews but I really wanted to leave one for Lahrell. A customer was giving him an incredibly hard time for simply doing his job in alignment with the company’s guidelines. He even diffused the harassment I was receiving from said customer. He’s a great employee and a stellar example of class.
