Mike and Kiz were amazing! great attitude and team. Unfortunately it's unfair that i had to wait 20 mins for my order since it was only the 2 of them and the store was packed with customers
Customer service horrible has to wait over 20 mins for my drink with only 2 customers in only 1 person front of me n than wait for my dessert to be heated up after I already was told it was being done. Atmosphere was dry and customer service could’ve been better . Lost out on earning points 😐 for not scanning my barcode
I order a shaken espresso almost daily in the last couple of years from this branch. They do not care about what you order. They prepare whatever they want. The shaken espresso I want is light ice, almost always they put much much more ice it should have. When I brought this issue to the attention of staff, they told me that I should maybe order latte and there is nothing wrong with that drink. I leave it to your judgment! Horrible customer service! I am sorry that I could not give minus 5 st
