When I work remote, I love to come here and work :) It’s never got a static crowd and the flow keeps the cafe fairly empty. Outlets work, music is perfect, baristas are friendly and good with the drinks. No complaints!
just wanted to share a quick note about a really positive experience I had yesterday Due to system guide error, I accidentally placed my order to a store which is difficult to find. I ended up walking for nearly 40 minutes and spent close to an hour trying to find the store. Eventually, I stopped by another nearby location- this store, where a barista named Elijah helped me. Some understandable growing pains early on, but it’s nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff is always really friendly and my usual Starbucks order tasted the way it usually does from any other Starbucks (which is how I like it). Music is a little loud — which seems to be an issue at all locations — but not as bad as some other locations I’ve been to. So nice to finally have a Starbucks in my neighborhood, especially one in a nice spot like Manhattan West development.
