Terrible customer service from the cashier on January 21st at 9:43 a.m. The gentleman had a very nasty attitude toward me. I stated my order, and he completely ignored me, then asked again after I had already said it. He then asked for my name. I explained that when my Starbucks app is scanned, my name usually comes up automatically, as I order Starbucks every day. Despite this, he insisted twice more, and I then stated my name. This one is bigger and has some high table seating. They got more staff but have heavier traffic for customers here since this is on the main hallway exiting 7th ave and 33rd street.
