4 pm Wednesday 6/24. Cashier was great, helpful, attentive. The red hair-dyed woman actually making the drinks was more interested in talking to co-worker and seemingly wanting to preserve her energy by moving as little as possible. Watched my half-made refresher sit half-made and idle as she sloowly refreshed a syrup container, then distracted by colleague talk, then slooowly rinsed something else out. You get the gist. Anyway, I’d already left a tip. Won’t make that mistake again.
I LOVE this store.. They always remember my order and name and while this may not seem like a big deal, it sure is to me. They even made a suggestion that works out great. Everyone is friendly, SUPER FAST, and gets the orders right. Bonus, it's right next to Lowes Hardware so I can grab items while sipping on a delicious Iced Lavender Chai... I highly recommend it..
This is a very nice location. Clean and nice and efficient staff. Code for gender neutral bathrooms for ppl who patronize the store so bathrooms are clean too. Seats are comfy and you have free WiFi and charging stations. Seating is nice too. They have a pickup area under name in alpha order so it’s organized. Ceilings are tall and it’s a beautiful atmosphere. The music is a bit loud for me as I’m trying to enjoy a book but I have noise cancellation AirPods so I’m good. Don’t drive here as there
