I visited this coffee shop on my vacation, and I must say, the customer service here was superb and very attentive. However, the prices were very steep. Lastly, the decor was amazing. Terrible experience. The music is so loud you can't hear what the service staff are even saying. The menu was also weirdly sold out. So, trying to figure out an alternative was frustrating. Then the person calling out names was so quiet I couldn't hear her, remember the stupid loud music? I tried to understand what she was saying, but she was so RUDE I had to walk away. The service is getting worse and worse—very perfunctory. I said this was very different from what was shown on the menu, and they told me, “That’s just how it is.” Then I pointed out that there was no bacon. They said it was inside. I was in a hurry to leave, but when I later had time to open it, there was indeed no bacon at all. When I finally had time to go back, I saw that the same person in charge of baking was still there, and I no longer wanted to go in.
