Don’t usually leave reviews, but had a bad experience this morning at this Starbucks. I got there around 5:50am tried the door, and it was locked. I was told by the employees they open at 6:00 a.m. I patiently waited outside. While I was waiting outside, I could tell one of the employees inside was annoyed I was there early and giving me dirty looks. Once it hit 6:00am. Wow this Starbucks is not friendly or efficient. She filled my iced matcha up less than 3/4th of the way full, which is crazy to begin with, and then when she didn’t make enough cold foam to top it off, she just stuck a lid on it and gave it to me anyway. Not to mention the drink was wrong, (they didn’t add the vanilla flavor), just like it was yesterday.
