We watched &Juliet seated in the very last row, and the view was not bad at all! It was definitely far from the stage, but not so far that we couldn't perceive the facial expressions on the actors. I have no complaints about this theatre, the employees were charismatic and helpful, extremely willing to help us find our seats. The play Romeo & Juliet playing at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre was wonderful! I was very pleased with the performance and actually underestimated how fabulous the show really is. I enjoyed myself and what was a bonus was that the seats were not cramped like most theaters on Broadway.
What a great set for & Juliet and an intimate theater. I will always believe theater on Broadway is the best. The space makes you feel like you are right in the play. Be prepared to drop half a mortgage on any goodies. Cocktails run $25-40.
