The staff here were very kind and accommodating to my disabilities. They noticed I could barely walk & offered to help me open the doors & taking my payment from me while I was sitting down in a chair so I wouldn’t have to struggle to limp up to the counter again. The customers were very kind to me as well by allowing me to go ahead of them so I wouldn’t have to wait behind everyone in the line while struggling to stand & walk. Everyone here completely restored my faith in humanity.
Horrible customer service tried to steal money from us manger super rude didnt apologize. Our total was 21 dollars we said well do 16 in cash and 5 in card we gave the employee the cash and we clicked the tap for card TOOK OUT 16 from card and proceeded to say no it didn’t go through I told my man to check his bank account and they indeed did take out 16 and were trying to get the 5 dollars to by saying no it didn’t go through try again!!!! We said call ur manger, MANGER SUPER RUDE DOESNT KNOW C
The lady with the red hair behind the counter (1:06 pm, April 12) is extremely rude, terrible customer service. It was not busy, I told her my name for my online order. She made it and left the paper bag on the side like by the wall in an obscure spot not meant for pickup, not even placing it on the pickup shelf. She made eye contact with me and walked to the back.
