I just had the worst interaction with the man and woman who work there. Mind you, I go here frequently as it’s close to work. I ordered a wrap which the man asked if I wanted it the same as it was on the menu. I did but then decided I wanted spinach instead of lettuce. The man went crazy stating nastily “ I asked if you wanted it the way.” I asked what the big deal was because I literally wanted to a simple switch. Then he says make this the last time as if I was a student on lunch break. I told
Never, EVER order from this subway. It is absolutely worth it to go to the one on 62nd and 2nd. Made us wait almost an hour for our pickup order despite calling in advance to confirm the timing, completely messed up both of the sandwiches, and the sandwiches were incredibly small. This store should not be in business and makes subway look bad as a whole.
Who cuts the bread from both the sides not even properly prepared absolutely waste of money
