When i order on the app and get this location the food quality is never good. The bread is always stale and hard, small like if it were there for 3 days. Sometimes the meat isn’t always fully cooked. You are going to get someone sick!!! Do a better job!! Give fresh bread, fresh food!!!! Not old!! Horrible!! Don’t order on the app from this location the food is always bad and not fresh! 😠😠😠
Be careful when paying at this location, especially if you use Apple Pay or another mobile payment method. I was presented with a tip screen and did not select a tip option. I assumed that by not choosing a tip and simply tapping my phone to pay, no tip would be added. After the transaction, I discovered that a tip had been charged. I was later told that customers must press a red button to decline the tip prompt before paying. When I questioned the charge, staff became defensive and insisted
Visited this Subway late at night and had a very bad experience. The night staff was rude and spoke in an unprofessional way. I also noticed that many other customers have complained about the same issue. On top of that, the food quality was not good at all. Overall, very disappointing. Management should seriously take action and improve both service and food quality.
