Employees were chatting when I arrived at 9:19 and instead of opening the door, one of them (the one in the first clip, moving behind the booth) got up and turned off the “Open” sign, indicating that they’re closed. Mind you, they close at 10pm. I would understand if it was 9:30, or even 9:45. But 9:19?Ridiculous. Subway has people who are not customer friendly owning their franchises and it’s ruining their brand.
People please do not go to this Subway on Pitkin Ave and Sutter. My friend went here for a sandwich and got food poisoning. He was vomiting for days shortly after eating his sandwich. I went yesterday and got a tuna sandwich, thinking it would be ok. When I went back to work the bread was hard and stale. I couldn't even eat the sandwich. I couldn't go back because I was working. I’ve been here a few times and it’s always the same, which kinda sucks. since it’s technically you making your sandwich there isn’t much that can go wrong, but these geniuses that work here do what they want. You say a little they give you what they want. Then one of the associates gave me two napkins, I politely ask can I have more. He told me “two is the max.” My sandwich had to much mayo and mustard when I said a little.
