Ordered philly cheese steak. The sandwich actually looked and tasted like an onion and pepper sandwich with a little bit of steak. Following customer came to order and I warned him to watch them make his sandwich and to ensure that it was worth the money. Customer service was bad.
The customer service was exceptional—the staff was incredibly kind and respectful. Very clean area. The food was delicious and seemed to be freshly prepared. I’ll definitely be returning soon!
The experience at this Subway location was extremely concerning. I ordered a Subway Club, which includes multiple cold cuts and bacon. When asked if I wanted my meat cold, I said yes—clearly referring to the cold cuts. However, I then watched the employee place raw bacon onto my sandwich. I calmly asked if the bacon could be cooked, as it should not be served raw. The employee became hostile, raising his voice and insisting that I had asked for all the meat to be cold, including the bacon. Ther
