Let me do you guys a favor. Here’s a guide for how to find the restaurant. First it’s not in the lowest level aka dining concourse. It’s just on the floor where everyone takes pictures of the ceiling of GCT. It’s near the west side entrance, in a north western corner near 45th street. You first go to the area underneath the west balcony, then you go to north until you see this Biltmore room in the first pic, then near the entrance to tracks, you can find a passage to the 45th street as shown in
Worst food place experience I've had. Ordered a sandwich for pickup but when I got there, the worker said he didn't have the order ticket. I said ok and showed him my email confirmation asking if he could just make it up now and he said no "because he doesn't have a ticket." So I asked if he could make up the sandwich which I will pay for and just request a refund for the online order to which he responded, "Why did you order online to begin with?"
