I discovered mold on the bread after I had already eaten part of the sandwich. This is a serious food safety issue and completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to worry about moldy food being served. Very disappointed.
Be careful when picking up for online orders, it's happened several times that you order and go to pick up and find the doors locked well before closing time. No one picks up the phone and while the shutter is open the lights are off. It looks like nobody wants to work! I had to dispute my charge since there's no way to refund from the Subway app! Horrible! When you can actually get your sandwiches though, it's decent. Really wish the franchise owner would know that his workers are slacking off.
i usually never have an issue picking up my order but i got here and my order wasn’t ready. the poor man working here was left by himself and he just arrived for his shift and the WOMAN left immediately. i’d report the lady working… how do you leave 1 worker who just clocked in
