The customer service was exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly and compassionate. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will definitely be returning. The clean and inviting atmosphere truly touched my heart. I also appreciate the management’s thoughtfulness in providing free cookies.
We were walking home on the east side recently and decided to stop at this Subway to grab a bite. It is a long and very narrow space. Few tables up front and the food line starting from the deepest point. Service was good and my sandwich was very good. I had a chicken and bacon ranch on multigrain bread. Highly recommended. Not an enjoyable place as too crowded but food was very good.
Mold sandwich! Avoid at all cost! Rude employee does not think there is anything wrong! Even refused to apologize! WOW! What a “remarkable” human being! I I got this black-mold-covered-disgusting-thing from a Subway app order today. Went back to the store, talked to a claimed-to-be-manager. He refused to acknowledge there is anything wrong with the bread, said something about some cheese or some mumble that I could not hear clearly.
