Went here a lot but it’s time to stop going. I wanted a strip of Sweet Onion; the old Korean man randomly grabbed BBQ and squirt all over. Wasn’t sanitary either. I saw some sort brown crumbs on the pepper cheese, Took a pic but deleted since didn’t think I would need it. Oh.. and the guy don’t change gloves per customer. If you can’t eat certain food, beware. I seen the Korean lady sometimes snap at other customers which I find funny. I avoid her; and wait for the black lady to charge me proper
The owner, Suzy, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She said she is the owner, but an owner should never behave this way toward customers. I recently moved to this area, and this experience was very disappointing. I will never go there again and will warn my family and friends not to go there either.
I ordered a foot-long sandwich and asked for it to be cut in the middle and wrapped separately. The employee named Suzy tried to charge me an extra $1 just for wrapping it separately. Her behavior was very rude and nasty.
