This is the worst subway I've ever been to. I frequently order through Uber and sometimes it gets sent here. I get charged for every meat on the sandwich, yet somehow I'm always missing multiple things and charged full price. I decided to go in yesterday and the atmosphere was already poor. This is the worst Subway I've ever have patronized! A couple of days after Christmas, I went to pick my son up from his job after his overnight shift. He wanted to get his mother a Supreme Turkey, but it wasn't available at the location I go to on Burnside Avenue, Inwood, so ultimately we wound up deciding on Beach 20th! Worst decision EVER! This Subway just got renovated. I ordered today a wrap. This is not a wrap it looks like a Roti. I was watching the guy make it he literally just folded it. I told the Chinese looking man and they both stared at me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I told them to toast it they said it was already toasted. Never again I will order from here. Sad because the store is nice but the customer service is so poor.
