The employee was making my sandwich today. When closing the sandwich was sticking his fingers in the middle of the sandwich. I told him to stop sticking his finders in the sandwich and got an attitude with me. He said that's how I have to close the sandwich and I told him you could use a knife and he blatantly said no. He refused to give me his name several times and then said his name was "Ram" He argued with me that he was right and I was wrong. I dent appreciate the level of customer service

Made an mobile order on their stupid app, they claim they never received my order. Even when I showed them proof of order with confirmation order #, they refused to honor the purchase and acted like it was no big deal. Instead of find out why the order never came thru, owner told me to file a complaint to subway . In my opinion that's the worst customer service act that you can put on your customers.
