My husband and I visited Sugar Factory in Times Square, and we were honestly really excited because we’ve seen it all over social media and always wanted to try it. Unfortunately, we left feeling pretty disappointed, especially for anyone visiting on a budget. We went around 10 AM, and while the food did come out fairly quickly (about 15 minutes), the overall service wasn’t great. Our waitress never came back to check on us or ask if we needed anything, which made the experience feel a bit rush
