A cute corridor of a sushi spot. I LOVE THIS PLACE. I have been now both to the UES and the Chelsea location and they are fantastic. The fish is fresh, the ambiance is cozy, and the service is stellar. I will say, this location is exceptionally tight inside, but it has a nice ambiance nonetheless. They were even able to accommodate my Celiac disease, with gluten-free soy sauce. The menu is simple and fulfilling. You can't go wrong with anything here!
Really nice atmosphere, quaint, minimalist and cozy. The food was delicious, loved the quality of the fresh fish and yellowtail on the side. Especially for the price, the $20 meal is worth every bite. They are generous with the fish portions. Oh the eel was so delicious. One of the best I’ve had. Our waiter Sidny was so kind as well and took care of us. Good hospitality, would come back.
This is a place so many of my friends have recommended, but I never got around to trying it even though it’s so close to my home. Today, I finally went, and I’m so glad I did! The restaurant is walk-in only, but the atmosphere is lovely and the decor is absolutely adorable. The highlight, of course, is the food the fish was incredibly fresh, and every bite was delicious. If you’ve been hesitating, I’d definitely say it’s worth it. I’ll for sure be coming back again! Also, shoutout to Nook for
