This hookah lounge is the worst place i had ever been their service was so horrible the salesman are so annoying and unprofessional we order our hookah it came so late we had to wait for 25 minutes for that even though there was only 3 table and we ordered some food and drinks those came 40 minutes really it was a horrible place to go for hookah
I came with 4 friends I thought it would be fun and nice experience for all of us but it turned out so bad because of their bad service and the staff were unprofessional and delaying to give us our food and refilling our hookah and the saddest part that we all order mango lassi which came after we were about to left the table we will never come back to a horrible place like this and wouldn’t recommend anyone to come.
The customer service is phenomenal. They are definitely following the COVID guidelines. The setup is gorgeous in the back. The food is 100% halal and the drinks are non-alcoholic but delicious. However, the hookah isn’t that great. It was extremely harsh and I changed the flavor once but it still wasn’t up to my standard. I liked how flexible they were in trying to make it better. Def recommend to try it out for the vibes.
