Sushi Sasabune is a unique, one of a kind experience. My wife and I think it is very special and are delighted that it has remained in this neighborhood for a long time now. Small restaurant with sushi omakase. Waiters introduced sets with no prices, we asked to see the menu. Very attentive service. We got the $70 omakase. Food: high quality thick cuts. Unfortunately a lot of the sushi pieces were just not salty enough, including ones with house soy sauce. An aside from food, we went on a hot summer day and the air conditioner was not enough. My overall experience was not ideal so I would not go back again.
