Food was perfectly fine for the price, everything tasted fresh and well balanced even if the menu was a bit basic. Service was so disappointing. We didn’t receive multiple items, two rolls came out 10 minutes after the first ones, and after we finished eating we spent longer sitting there waiting for someone to acknowledge us than we did eating/ordering.
The food was good The customer service was not good The atmosphere was too cold. They did not want to close the AC in the winter. March on NY in the evening is still cold. They force you to pay them an 18 percent tip. Even though their customer service is not good.
The sushi was so fresh( fish ). Literally felt like it was melting in my mouth. And I love that the prices are not too high, that's very important as well! The ambiance was very warm, nice place to take your significant other😄. They even have sushi rolls that are around $7 which I really appreciate and I'm sure many others do as well! Sometimes the store can be really full and the waiters can get mixed up due to the traffic of orders, so it's always better to be clear at the start. Enjoy!
