So I made my way from Manhattan over to Queens to try out SVL in Astoria for a midweek lunch meal. Was super excited to try this spot as all of the reviews have been pretty popular and it's on my "Saved List of Eats". The spot is right off the Triborough bridge to the right train, or the 1st stop off the M60 bus coming across the Triborough from Manhattan. I had a great time at SVL Bar. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, with a perfect mix of energy and comfort that made it easy to relax and enjoy the night. Christian and Evan provided excellent service they were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out quickly and exactly how we wanted it.
